Michelin Guide 2023: Anglesey restaurants retains star

North Wales restaurant, Sosban and the Old Butchers has retained its Michelin star.

The new list of the top restaurants across the UK and Ireland was revealed yesterday at a special ceremony.

The Menai Bridge-based restaurant was recognised for its feeling of "exclusivity" and "well balanced" menu, among other things.
