Three bars in Manchester are among the finalists of the 2023 Class Bar Awards (CBAs).
Schofield’s Bar, Speak in Code and Blinker are all finalists in the ‘Best Bar in the North Sponsored by The Busker’ category but only one can take the top spot.
The awards ceremony will take place on Tuesday, May 23 at Battersea Arts Centre, London.
This year, there are five new regional awards up for grabs and as a result, the Bar of the Year award has no finalists.
Instead, the winner will be drawn from the 20 bars that are included in the five regional lists of finalists, the Class Bar website explains.
The award will be presented to the winner at the ceremony in London.
You can see the full list of finalists via the Class Bar website.

One reviewer said: “We visited one Saturday afternoon and were warmly welcomed in from the cold. Immediately I knew we would love this place. Tom made us some incredible cocktails and as we watched him he explained what he was doing, it was like having our own cocktail lesson! Yes, it’s a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. We will be back !”
