It’s been a whirlwind of family fun for our Real Housewife, Hanna Kinsella, and there's a lot more planned

How many sleeps?!

I can’t believe it’s already December. It was only a few short weeks ago I was pumpkin hunting and enjoying fancy dress parties with my children and Martin, and now I am doing the same as every other mother of small children, and throwing every minute into creating a fabulous, memorable festive occasion for my little ones. Maximus is now definitely at the age when he knows what’s coming – he has already talked about meeting Santa, and Christmas presents and all the fun little traditions we’re establishing as a family. Little Kimia hasn’t really any idea what’s going on, but she picks up on Max’s excitement and is getting giddier by the day. They love to help decorate, but it’s perhaps less ‘help’ than ‘hindrance’. Once they’ve gone to bed, I then re-do the tree to my own satisfaction – and I am sure I am not alone in that!

Honestly, though, we cannot wait for Christmas. We have so much planned and to look forward to, including – and this is SO exciting - a trip to Lapland with all the family, where we can go ice skating, enjoy a Christmas show at the elf academy, do gingerbread decorating, have a photo with Santa and so much more! We’re also taking the children to see a pantomime – oh yes we are!

We dressed up as Super Family! We dressed up as Super Family! Spooky season

How is it nearly Christmas?! It barely seems last week we were having spooky Halloween fun! We really went for it this spooky season. As a family we went to a party with the kids, hosted by @kidslove2party, and Martin and I got to dress up for our own Halloween party hosted by Nicole Sealey.

What an experience for the kids! It was fun, energetic and the entertainment was just magical. They absolutely loved it. We all dressed up as Superman and Superwoman, so we were all matching, which the children thought hilarious. There was so much to experience: mini games, dancing on the stage, gift bags, magic tricks, so much to see and do, we all loved it. Maximus was able to pet a real snake, although Kimia was a bit hesitant, I can’t blame her! They had so much fun and we can’t wait for next year to go again. I would highly recommend taking the kids to this event, not only do @kidslove2party host special events, they also do private birthday parties too, and I am very tempted!

Nicole’s party was an experience. She always takes the extra mile and goes all out, it was amazing! We dressed up as Amy and Blake, and didn’t have to explain our costumes once, which was a win! It was nice to see everyone and have a catch up as well as having some fun. It was an exceptional night and I’m already excited for next Halloween.

Pumpkin picking is the best funPumpkin picking is the best fun Pumpkin patch kids

I took my children, Maximus and Kimia, pumpkin picking with their friends at the end of October - they absolutely loved it; being in the mud, pushing all the pumpkins around and picking ones that they liked was such a fun experience for them, now they are at the age where they are aware of their surroundings and know what’s going on. It’s even better that they are absolutely best friends and have so much fun together. They just love spending time with each other, especially when their friends join them. I love that they just enjoy having fun and experiencing new things together, it makes be so content watching them grow together and seeing their little individual characters grow.

Autumn break

We decided to take a last-minute holiday trip to Tenerife - me, Martin, the kids and his parents. We stayed at the Bahia Principe Fantasia Tenerife. It was such a good destination for family and kids. There was so much to do for the kids, they had plenty of kids club days, dancing around, playing in the pool, they absolutely loved it. It was such a wholesome holiday, the family spending time together, getting that last bit of sun, endless amounts of food and laughter. The quality time matters, but is taken for granted; it’s nice to be away from work and stress, and just take the time to relax and enjoy it all together. We both have such busy work lives and the children are in nursery, so it was just nice to sit back and enjoy 10 days in the sun together, making as many memories as possible while they’re still young.

Icy Bear is four!Icy Bear is four! Happy birthday Icy Bear

This really has been a dream come true; we hit our four-year anniversary and I can honestly say I feel so overwhelmed by everyone who has supported our journey. It makes me feel emotional to think of everyone who has been a part of it, those who have found our products and loved them, and to have everyone involved just feels so incredible. We launched in 2020, on Real Housewives of Cheshire, and have come such a long way. It’s not all been easy, but we’ve pulled through and I couldn’t be prouder of the brand we have created. We have big plans for 2025 I can’t wait to share and most of all a big thank you again to everyone for your support.
