The Tewkesbury-based firm, who design and manufacture bespoke awards, came out top in the ‘Small Business’ category which meant they got to take home an award of their own
Gaudio has been crowned the winner of the Small Business Award at the Investors in People Awards 2019.
Gaudio have been designing and manufacturing bespoke awards for over 12 years, working with some of the world's most iconic brands. From Coca Cola to BBC's MasterChef, every award is assembled by hand in the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside. This time, however, Gaudio got to take home an award of their own.
Back for their biggest ever year, the Investors in People Awards recognise companies across the globe that support people to do their best work and go home felling happier, healthier and stronger.
The award recognised Gaudio's evolving efforts to support individuals in the workplace. New team members create their own bespoke awards, from design to manufacture, guiding them organically through each department. With dedicated designers, project managers and craftsmen all under one roof, Gaudio's distinctive methods caught the eye of the judges.
Managing Director, Adam Hutchinson, was thrilled to accept the award: "Our unique setup allows us to be versatile, but none of it would run smoothly without the dedication and creativity of our people. We're so proud to have won this award, and I'm more than excited to take it back to the team."
Adam Hutchinson recently launched a new e-commerce business, House Sign UK, offering customisable house signs with over 200,000 combinations.
"Winning the Small Business award has been a fantastic way to end an already brilliant year, and I'm so excited to see what we can achieve with Gaudio and House Sign UK in the future."
