Cotswold locations include Over Farm Shop, Tortworth Estate, Jolly Nice, Gloucester Services, Wotton Farm Shop, Ruskin Mill Farm Shop, and Todenham Manor Farm, and the book also promotes 15 food and farming charities to raise awareness of their vital work, with one per cent of its sales going to the Sustainable Food Trust. Highlights include seasonal farm events and food festivals, full-colour maps, and icons showing available facilities to help when planning your trip.
Founder of Riverford Organic and veg box pioneer, Guy Singh-Watson, says, ‘Proper farm shops – ones that actually grow, rear, or make most of their own produce with love, attention to detail, and a genuine connection to the land – are a beautiful thing. This book will help you find them.’
