If you've ever wanted to have a hut or pod by the beach to enjoy in the summer months near Christchurch then now's your chance.
A beach hut on Friars Cliff in Christchurch has come onto the market for £95,000 and is described as "very nicely presented".
It is part of the second row of huts on Friars Cliff Beach and is said to be "conveniently situated" with a cafe, toilets and car park close by.
On its Rightmove page, it says the hut will be sold with all fixtures and fittings included and comes in "excellent condition".
It adds: "This beach hut is a short walk to Avon Beach where you can enjoy particularly spectacular views across the Bay to the Isle of Wight and Hengistbury Head or walk up to the ever-popular Steamer Point Nature reserve & Highcliffe Castle."
Friars Cliff beach hut features
The hut itself is furnished with a number of wall and base units, and it also has a wooden floor.
There is also space above the cupboards for storing larger items, such as surfboards.
In total, there are 156 huts at Friars Cliff Beach, and they are specified to be for daytime use only.
Unlike the beach huts at Mudeford Sandbank, they are not to be used for overnight accommodation.
Prospect of renting Christchurch beach hut very attractive for some
Owning or renting a beach hut around Christchurch can be quite a sought-after prospect as seen earlier in the year.
Fifteen cabins were available for long-term rent at Avon Beach at the beginning of January and some dedicated staycationers went to extreme lengths to make sure they got their hands on one.
They queued for up to 30 hours in the cold and rain next to the administration office near the beach to make sure they got in early with their request.
The cost to rent a 7ft by 4ft hut from April to September is £3,075 while a bigger hut is almost £4,000.
