When did your spa open?
The Spa at Shaw Hill opened its doors in 2017.
What makes it special?
The Spa at Shaw Hill offers a tranquil oasis in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere with a range of indulgent treatments, relaxing therapies and peaceful spa retreats. The relaxing boutique rooms with heated beds provide a personal haven, where you can relax and unwind with luxurious treatments. Alongside high quality treatments, the emphasis is also on relaxation, with refreshments on offer in the relaxation room which has calming views of Shaw Hill’s parkland golf course. Professional and experienced therapists give help and advice to suit each individual’s needs.
Describe your signature treatment and its benefits.
The therapist will carefully select a 25 minute Elemis facial based on each individual’s skin type and goals. Followed by a 55 minute full body massage with specially selected aromatic oil according to your concerns, whether it be muscle pain, stress relief, relaxation, or balance. The flowing massage works deeper into the tension, encouraging optimum circulation.
Are there any new developments, or plans?
We are always reviewing our services offered at The Spa at Shaw Hill. We have just launched our new treatment menu with a variety of new spa packages and feature offers on specially selected treatments every month.
Do you offer accommodation?
There are 30 individually styled bedrooms which vary in size and positioning, gently reflecting the period of the stunning Georgian building. All rooms are en-suite and include Leisure Club access including the relaxing heated swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi.
What is the food and drink offer?
Allamby’s Brasserie & Bar is the new restaurant at Shaw Hill. After undergoing refurbishment earlier this year, Allamby’s is now open with a menu offering brunch, lunch and dinner and Allamby’s Afternoon Tea in the stunning Tee Room, the perfect place to end your relaxing spa retreat.
