Naturally complemented by the acclaimed informal fine dining offered by Henrock, a restaurant by multi-award-winning chef and restaurateur Simon Rogan MBE, which recently celebrated its fifth anniversary within Linthwaite House. Henrock provides the perfect location for an evening of elevated dining, showcasing influences, techniques and produce discovered on Simon’s travels around the globe, particularly from the Mediterranean and Asia, providing a menu underpinned by Simon’s farm-to-table ethos, with each seasonal ingredient carefully selected, nurtured, and grown a few miles away at Our Farm, Simon’s farm in the heart of the Cartmel Valley.
A carefully crafted cocktail list, curated by Linthwaite’s resident mixologist featuring classic and premium options completes the scene.
