Peter and Zoe recently moved back from the South West of France where they spent the past 7 years building up a thriving hotel and restaurant business. Now based in Weston super Mare, they are keen to use all their experience owning and operating a traditional hotel & restaurant and using it to create a unique and modern view on French cuisine with a Catalane influences and a British twist.
Kyle runs front of house and will look after your every need from start to finish of your dinning experience at JJ’s Brasserie.
